Some things are not visible.
Some things are not spoken.
Still, something connects.
Records and practice from social and cultural settings — not events, but what exists between people.
How this work is approached
These projects are not presented as charity alone. They are places where the same attention used in exhibitions and communication work is turned toward people and lives that are easily overlooked.
Looking long enough for what is actually there to appear, before deciding what it means.
Photographing people and animals as they are, not as symbols of need.
What passes between people — performers and audience, cats and carers, children and families.
Making visible those who are there, yet rarely seen or spoken about.

Charity concert · Hanoi
In a space filled with sound, people gather and time overlaps. This concert does not exist for a single purpose. Something without words was passing quietly from person to person.
Held as a charity performance by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra at Hanoi Cathedral, it was dedicated to children in difficult circumstances. The photographs follow the musicians, the listeners and the cathedral itself — the place where they met.

Not to document events,
but to trace what exists between people.
Rescue cats
Most do not keep their distance by choice. They begin unable to come closer.
It is not character, but a distance shaped by the time they have lived.
Protection is not erasing that distance. It is also waiting for it to change.
Alongside the photography, he is involved on the ground with rescue-cat shelters. The aim is simple: that when someone welcomes a cat, adopting a rescue cat comes to mind as an option.

Trust does not appear at once.
It begins somewhere unseen.
NPO Shibutane
Siblings of children living with illness or disability are often overlooked. For NPO Shibutane, which supports these siblings, he made the promotional film “Shiburanger” — to bring their presence into view.
Only when we try to look do we begin to see.
